Robin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. Her clinical background includes crisis intervention, community mental health, private practice, and teletherapy, where she has helped clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship stress, and trauma.
Robin believes that therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and grounded in trust. Her approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, meaning she meets clients exactly where they are and works alongside them to create meaningful and sustainable change. She draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies to help clients deepen self-understanding and build practical tools for everyday life.
Robin works with adults, teens, and families, and brings a warm, thoughtful, and down-to-earth energy to the therapy room. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, strengthen their confidence, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and aligned with who they truly are.
